Dragline Maintenance and Repairs

 Including but not limited to:

  • Overhauls for swing systems, hoist systems, drag systems, propel systems, point sheaves, fairleads, and undercarriage
  • Boom lowering and raising
  • Suspensions rope replacement
  • Decommissioning disassembly
  • Bucket fabrication
  • Structural repairs for booms, tubs, revolving frames and car bodies
  • Line boring and machining
  • Coupling and motor laser alignment
  • Thermographic troubleshooting and audits
  • Component repair and replacement
